What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up.
- Email engagement data, such as whether an email was delivered, opened, or a link was clicked. Our email provider collects this automatically, and we use it to improve the newsletter and keep our list healthy.
- Basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which our hosting provider logs to run and secure the site.
- Anything you send us, such as replies to an issue.
How we use it
- To send you the daily briefing, your signup bonus, and occasional updates about Wealth on Offense.
- To understand what readers find useful and improve the content.
- To prevent spam, abuse, and fraud.
- To comply with the law.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the newsletter and website, under their own privacy terms:
- Resend, to store our subscriber list and deliver email.
- Vercel, to host the website.
We may also disclose information if required by law. Our list is kept separate from FirstDoor's. Signing up here doesn't add you to any FirstDoor list unless you sign up there yourself.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime with the one-click link at the bottom of every email.
- Access or delete your data by emailing hello@wealthonoffense.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we'll honor valid requests.
Data retention and security
We keep your email while you're subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to honor your unsubscribe and meet legal obligations. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
Wealth on Offense is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the newsletter.
